Overview
Solutily was less a software project than an experience of building a company. From the idea stage through the grant application, product development and team management, I ran the whole chain as a co-founder.
The most critical stage was the KOSGEB Technology Transfer Support Program application. A funding file cannot settle for being technically correct; it must convincingly explain to an assessor why the work is feasible, why the market is real and why the team is capable. The file I prepared was accepted and the program was completed successfully.
On the technical side, the platform was built on React, Node.js and PostgreSQL, with TypeScript for type safety and infrastructure configured on AWS. But the real lesson from this project was not about technology choice: it was here that I saw deciding what a resource-constrained team will not do matters as much as deciding what it will.
