Overview
In beauty salons, appointments are usually written into a notebook or a phone's notes app. That works while the salon is small; the moment you add two stylists and three services, double bookings, forgotten cancellations and wasted hours begin.
The system solves this from both sides. On the client side there is an online booking flow driven by service, staff member and time: the client only ever sees slots that are genuinely free, and booked hours are never displayed. Double booking therefore becomes technically impossible.
On the business side there is manual booking for walk-ins and phone calls, a calendar view, editing and cancellation. Staff working hours, specialisations and days off are defined centrally; service-to-staff mapping means a client cannot book a stylist who does not perform that service.
Client records are kept together with appointment history, treatment notes and preferences, so the salon does not have to remember what a regular had done and when. Daily, weekly and monthly statistics are visible in the panel in real time.
