Sales Performance Dashboard

In a business selling on Amazon, Etsy and eBay, every channel has its own report and none of them speak the same language. Merging three separate spreadsheets at month-end is both slow and error-prone.

This dashboard solved that merging problem permanently. Power Query pulls all three channels into a common schema, the data is modelled as a star schema and calculated through DAX measures. Core KPIs such as revenue, order count, average basket value and return rate can be seen per channel and in total on the same screen.

Time intelligence calculations produce year-on-year, month-on-month and year-to-date comparisons automatically. The dashboard refreshes itself on a schedule, which means the report is no longer a document produced at month-end but a screen you can check every morning.
