Overview
Most vehicle inspection companies still produce reports from Word templates or hand-filled forms. The result: report layouts that differ from branch to branch, archives that go missing, and damage notes written according to each inspector's own interpretation. Oto Ekspertizi was built to standardise that work on a single platform.
At the centre is the report wizard. Seven sections — cover and vehicle details, body diagram, paint and body checks, engine and mechanical, airbag and electronics, pillars and chassis, dyno and conclusion — are completed in order, and no check can be skipped. Body findings are marked on an interactive vehicle schematic instead of free text: repainted, replaced and locally repainted panels are colour-coded on the diagram and flow into the report automatically. The finished report is generated as an A4 PDF with the company's own logo and layout in under a minute.
The company layer takes the product beyond a single business's panel. The Standard plan manages up to three branches and the Enterprise plan unlimited branches and inspectors in one account; permissions are role-based and reports are separated per branch. Each company defines its own inspection packages and prices, and the selected package's amount is applied automatically when a report is created. The archive is stored encrypted and backed up on Supabase.
The commercial model was deliberately kept simple: no contract, no setup fee, no technical integration. A company registers, pays by bank transfer, submits the receipt from the panel and is activated within one business day. The Enterprise plan serves the panel on the company's own domain (panel.yourcompany.com).
