Overview

For a law firm, a website is not a showcase — it is the first point of trust. A prospective client usually arrives in a moment of uncertainty; what they are looking for is not elaborate design but a quick answer to the question "is my problem understood here?"

So the project started by mapping the practice areas. Main headings such as criminal, family, labour, commercial and enforcement law were rewritten in the client's own language, each with a plain explanation of how that process actually works. On the team page, each lawyer's specialisation and bar registration were brought to the front.

The site was built on WordPress so that the office manager can update content without technical help. Every page was designed mobile-first, because most legal search traffic arrives from phones. The contact form delivers straight to the firm's inbox, and the KVKK (Turkish GDPR) notice was built into the flow.

Highlights

  • Practice areas rewritten in the client's own language
  • Lawyer profiles with a specialisation showcase
  • Mobile-first pages that open quickly
  • KVKK-compliant contact and enquiry form

Objectives

  • Make the firm's practice areas visible in search engines
  • Get prospective clients to the right service page by the shortest path
  • Shift enquiries from phone calls towards written pre-applications

Solution

  • A separate, in-depth page for each practice area
  • One context-appropriate call to action per page
  • A content structure the firm can manage itself in WordPress
  • Antalya-focused titles and meta for local SEO

Approach

  1. 01Workshops with the partners to map out services
  2. 02Translating content from legal language into everyday language
  3. 03Design, development and content migration

Outcomes

  • The firm became a digitally discoverable practice
  • Prospective clients arrive at the first meeting better prepared
  • Content updates happen without agency support
  • Each practice area now surfaces separately in search results

Challenges

  • Simplifying legal text without sacrificing accuracy
  • Finding language that fits professional ethics rules and does not read as advertising
  • Making the site maintainable by a non-technical team
