Overview

A company buying consultancy is not looking for a service list but making a trust decision. Outsourcing personnel files, data protection compliance or onboarding and offboarding means opening a company's most sensitive data to someone else. The site was built to make that decision easier.

Seven services — an operational start-up package, personnel file management, KVKK-compliant employee documentation, HR process standardisation, onboarding and offboarding, trademark and patent assessment, and corporate HR/KVKK training — were split into separate pages rather than dissolved into a single bullet list. Each page explains that service's scope and deliverables on its own.

The corporate section is divided into four headings: company introduction, vision and mission, "why us", and the privacy policy. Giving the privacy policy its own heading was deliberate: for a firm selling data protection consultancy, showing its own data policy is the sales argument itself.

The site is published in both Turkish and English, with the content language switching instantly on the page. Links to official sources — the Turkish data protection authority, VERBİS, the legislation portal, the patent office and the Official Gazette — are pinned in the footer, a small addition that turns the site into a reference point for clients.

Highlights

  • A bilingual Turkish–English content structure
  • A separate detail page for each of the seven consultancy services
  • Vision, mission and privacy policy as distinct headings in the corporate section
  • Footer links to official sources such as KVKK, VERBİS and the patent office
  • One clear call to action towards contact on every service page

Objectives

  • Separate the consultancy services so each is understandable on its own
  • Make the credibility of a data protection firm visible through its site
  • Build a bilingual structure that also speaks to foreign-owned companies

Solution

  • A scope-and-deliverable page for each service
  • Splitting the corporate content across headings
  • Foregrounding the privacy policy as a sales argument
  • Bilingual content management with an in-page language switch

Approach

  1. 01Clarifying service scopes with the consultancy team
  2. 02Simplifying text written close to legislative language
  3. 03Design, development and bilingual content loading

Outcomes

  • Each consultancy service now surfaces separately in search results
  • The firm can present its corporate identity and privacy stance online
  • English content opened access to foreign-owned companies

Challenges

  • Making legislation-heavy content readable
  • Keeping content consistent across two languages
  • Describing an abstract service through concrete deliverables
