Overview
On paper, a chef's CV is usually reduced to a list of workplaces. Turan Çölgeçen's site turns that list into a story: a chef who brings the deep-rooted flavours of Anatolian cuisine together with professional kitchen discipline, and whose journey runs from trainee at a hotel in Antalya to chef at Mardin Artuklu University.
The opening screen is built around the idea of "discipline in the kitchen, character on the plate". Right below it, figures such as 10+ years of experience, 8 workplaces, 14 certificates and 4 kitchen sections count up on scroll, while a marquee cycles through hot kitchen, cold kitchen, à la carte, steak and grill, Turkish cuisine, Anatolian flavours, pastry and international cuisine.
The expertise section presents four stations — hot kitchen, cold kitchen, steak and grill, à la carte and pastry — on separate cards. The career section lays out nine roles as a timeline; private-sector experience at places such as Maritim Pine Beach, Cornelia Deluxe, Bodrum Park Resort, Big Chefs and DoubleTree by Hilton and public roles at university facilities are each tagged "Private" or "Public", so 7.5 years in the private sector and 2.5 years in the public sector read at a glance.
The education section lists high school, associate and bachelor's degrees and an ongoing thesis-based master's; certificates start as a short list and expand to the full set via "Show all". The contact section channels menu consulting, training and collaboration requests into a single email route.
The page is structured for search engines as well: the person, career, educational institutions and all 14 certificates are marked up as schema.org data, with an Open Graph image and profile-type meta tags for sharing.
